What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely and never stored on our servers.
When you visit our site, Google Analytics collects anonymous data about your visit including pages viewed, time spent, and general location (country/city level). This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and order history.
Why we collect it
We use your personal data to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions and support requests, and improve our website based on anonymous analytics data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping providers) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained by Google for 26 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
